Autorations Solutions ("Selara") — Last Updated: April 27, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Autorations Solutions ("we," "us," "our"), operating under the brand name Selara, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your personal data when you use our platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using Selara, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Selara is an AI-powered multi-channel communications platform that handles phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, and emails on behalf of businesses. This policy applies to both our business customers ("Clients") and their end users ("End Users") who interact with Selara.
2. Information We Collect
2.0 How Selara Operates
Selara is an AI-powered platform that communicates with End Users on behalf of our Clients' businesses. When an End User calls, messages, or emails a business that uses Selara, they may be interacting with Selara's AI rather than a human employee. Selara uses synthetic, AI-generated voices during phone conversations. Selara identifies herself by name at the start of each interaction. Clients may configure how Selara introduces herself, but Selara does not impersonate specific human employees.

- Email data from connected Gmail or Microsoft Outlook accounts
- CRM data from connected Salesforce or HubSpot accounts, or from Selara's built-in CRM

- Name, phone number, and email address
- Conversation transcripts (stored per turn)

- Language preference (detected automatically)
- Interaction metadata including timestamps, call duration, and channel used
